Annual Meetings - Singapore 2000

The Deans of Medicine and Heads of Nursing in U21 Universities attended an inaugural meeting in Singapore in 2000.   The meeting was sponsored by the University of Melbourne and the National University of Singapore.

The two-day meeting comprised combined sessions and parallel disciplinary meetings.   Major themes covered in the presentations and disciplinary meetings included curriculum development and innovations in multimedia and information technology; research; and collaborative partnerships.   The U21 nurses' agenda also included practice improvement, and staff and student exchange.
